30 DAY HEALTHY ME CHALLENGE

  

Embark on a transformative 30-day journey towards better health and a renewed mindset by embracing the benefits of a plant-based diet. This challenge is more than just a shift in what you eat; it's a holistic approach to well-being that combines the nourishment of your body with the enrichment of your mind and spirit. The goal is to enlighten participants about the profound impact of plant-rich nutrition, cultivate a daily habit of movement, inspire through reading, ensure proper hydration, and foster an environment of gratitude. The underlying mission is to sow seeds of positivity and thankfulness in your life, fostering a community where healthful eating and grateful living thrive.

Challenge Guidelines

CLICK ON EACH TAB BELOW TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE CHALLENGE GUIDELINES:

  • MOVEMENT- Workout for at least 30 minutes per day
  • HYDRATION- Drink 1/2 your body weight in water
  • NOURISH- Eat healthy and nourishing plant based meals. Limit processed and fried foods, meat and dairy consumption to one daily serving
  • GRATITUDE: Keep a daily Gratitude Journal
  • UNPLUG: Read at least 30 minutes per day. A business, inspirational, or self-help book is recommended.
